Ivana Bedalov has been working in London's hip restaurant scene since 1996. After working in a variety of central London hotspots such as Joe's Caffe and Motcombs, Ivana was asked by the previous owner to join him in re-launching Nikita's. The restaurant has grown from strenght to strenght and became a real treasure trove with the Londoners in the know.
In 2005, Ivana had the chance to acquire Nikita's together with her partner, Ivan Durkovich. Ever since then, they have been channelling their efforts to bring thier very personal style to this old gem of London's restaurant scene. Ivana and Ivan can be found most nights on site at Nikita's and remain passionate about ensuring that all their guests have a great dining and drinking experience.
